The Furnas valley has its own microclimate, which in the past allowed the cultivation of indigenous fruit species.

The idea, still under construction, is to have a fruit tree at the right time of year, pick it and eat it, reconstructing the private orchards that all the houses in this area had before globalised trade, where there was no way of transporting them by boat.
